Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement of Project Assistant in CIMFR (Erstwhile C.M.R.I.) Dhanbad for the time bounded project. The eligible candidates having good academic records, qualification, experience etc. may apply on a plain paper affixing a self attested passport size photograph, giving bio-data with name, father’s name, sex, date of birth, qualification (Percentage of marks & year of passing from Metric onwards) Caste (SC/ST/OBC/General), Address (Permanent & Correspondence) Experience and details of relationship with CIMFR and its Regional Centre employee, if any enclosing therewith copies of all testimonials and certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. Qualification: Minimum 55% marks in any disciplines (i.e. Math/BE /B.Tech / Civil Engineering / Computer Engineering /IT. For SC/ST candidate these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.

Name of Post: Project Assistant (Level-II)
No. of Post: One
Qualification: Minimum 55% marks in any disciplines (i.e. M.Sc (Chem. / Zoology / Environment Science / B.E. / B.Tech / Civil Engineering. For SC/ST candidate these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.

Experience for Post 1 & 2: Experience in water pollution studies & River water quality. Candidates should have experience in water quality assessment interpretation and mathematical modeling.

Project Title: “Optimization of non-monsoon flow from water dams required to assimilate pollution level of Damodar River”

Project Duration: One Year

Qualification: Minimum 55% marks in any disciplines (i.e. M.Sc (Maths) / Chemistry / Geology / Geophysics / Physics / Env. Science / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Chemical / Environment Engg. For SC/ST candidate these criteria shall be relaxed by 5%.

Experience: should be water pollution studies & ground water quality modeling. Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates.

Any other matter: Candidate should have experience on water quality assessment, interpretation and Mathematical Modeling with computer handling skill.

Project Title: Network project “Sustainable development and management of Water Resources in Different problematic Terrains”.

Duration: 5 Years

Age: (A, B & C) Applicant should be not more then 28 years on the last date of receipt of application. Age will be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged / Woman applicants etc. as per GOI rules.

Pay Scale: Rs.12000/- consolidated for both positions
